This tribe is meant to bring people who share similar enthusiasm regarding fitness together. Enthusiasm may be too weak a word for the members of our tribe; selfless devotion is more suitable. If your serious about throwing the rest of your life to the birds, and getting serious about your body, then this tribe is for you. We aim to bring the tribe information about new innovative fitness equipment, routines, gyms, supplements, conventions and meetings, and everything else extreme fitness.

    Hmm...I'm not really much of a fitness enthusiast, but I do exercise more now than I really ever have before. It's quite satisfying, actually. We've got an elliptical machine and a bike...thing at home. I'm just happy the new equipment didn't get moved into my room after I moved outta the house. =)

    by the way i am not this in to fitness, but Tony "Muscle Man" Sanchez, the made-up meathead from my c-type ads is all about it, so I am doing a spoofy kind of thing.

    Wow, you did a great job finding that avatar...please tell thats real. I go through spurts about keeping in the best shape I possibly can, but then I go eat fast mexican food. and drink. So while I run sometimes, I really do it to keep my weight the same, and do excessive amounts of push ups in public areas to feel better about myself...

    Awesome. I've been wondering what kind of routines would help me with my rock climbing, other than climbing itself.

    What a great idea. I haven't gone to the gym in forever. Hopefully you're enthusiasm will inspire me to start going again.

    Tribe sounds great, I'm into staying in good shape, I'll have to pay attention.

    This should be interesting. I definately plan on making use of the equipment available in Gaboldon next semester, though my reasoning is just to keep my stamina up, so I'm not getting out of breath everytime I go upstairs.

    I love fitness!!! But i completely disagree with you on the supplaments. Any and all of them realy should not be involved in working out, protien is needed to form muscle yes, but a persons typical diet has enough protien in it for 3 people.

    I love to exercise...my favorite is to run. Sucks for me though for 2 reasons: 1 I don't seem to have any time to run anymore, and 2 I have a defective foot that restricts physical exercise that requires being on your feet. It's very depressing, every time I see someone running I get jealous.

    As a spoof, it't really cool, I think all those overbulked people are really disgusting. I stay in shape, but I'm not a freak about it.
