Hi Everyone!
I hope you all are well both in and outside of the music and dance world. Just
a reminder that there are some very exciting events with Rachid coming up this
month! And those that do not know Rachid... you are REALLY missing out!

THE MAIN EVENT

On April 29th (Wednesday) Rachid and his band will be playing a live event at the
Crossroads Theater in Denver at 7:30. You can visit their website at
www.denvercrossroads.com and purchase tickets online. Tickets are $18. There is
a small fee to purchase online, but it will be worth it to secure your seat!
Not only will there be time for open dancing, but there will also be bellydance
performances by Khadijah, Eva Cernik, Taka, and Sonia!.

Workshop for dancers

On April 28th (Tuesday) Rachid will be teaching a workshop focused on musicality
for dancers from 7pm-9 at Dance Fusion Studio. This workshop is designed for
experienced dancers who want to take their performance to the next level by
understanding how to correctly listen to and interpret the melodies of Arabic
music. Cost is $50

Workshop for musicians

On April 27th (Monday) Rachid will be teaching an ensemble workshop at Open Tap
& Grill, 1446 S. Broadway, Denver. 6:30 PM, upstairs.
