The actor on the right (viewer's right) is Abdul-Wareth Assr (or Assir, with a short "i") a very well-known character actor of the Egyptian cinema of those days. I do not know the actress in the middle, but, yes, that's Tahia Cariocca on the left.

The actress in the middle is a singer by the name of Mawaheb.
