The first (top) image shows the names of two actors and one actress. But these are not the stars of the movie. More like first supporting actors. The first name is of Mahmoud Al-Miliji (or Miligi), the second is of Abdul-Wareth Asr (whom I identified for you in another picture) and the third is of an actress by the name of Wadad Hamdi. I vaguely recall who she was but she doesn't look like the woman you want identified.

The second image is a list of 15 supporting actors who are minor, except for the first (Riyad Al-Qasabji). The rest of the images are of the technicians . So, there must have been one or two screens of more important actors/actresses in the movie that you missed posting.
