Dear members:

The last two years have been the worst I have ever experienced. My partner in the restaurant passed away in August 2007.

Prior to that I was betrayed by one of my most trusted students who not only sabotaged the operations of my restaurant but walked away with all of its workings, leaving me in a supreme financial chaos of which only now I am able to see through.

I want to thank everyone here for continuing to post while I was away trying to sort out who was who and what was what. If anyone is interested in the whole complete story, please email me privately at sausanacademy@gmail.com.
