Dreadfalls and Hairfalls?

Come by the Art Creation Station on Saturday and I'll show you
how to make them....if you want. I recommend you bring 1 yard
(1/2 each of two diff colors) of STRETCH VELVET fabric. I will
bring some hair bands. Also bring your own scissors if you can.
