I am brewing a special beer for Indigo this year to bring to retreat but also want some input for the second pony keg ~

summer flavors are abundant right now to add and infuse with beer ~

what flavors do you like?
here are some examples ~

ginger lime wheat ~ blond beer base with fresh lime juice and ginger root ~ the ginger root is really light and delicate on the palate :)
Fiesta wheat ~ blond beer with roasted anaheim and pablano peppers, fresh lemon juice and a hint of cilantro yum!
spanish coffee porter ~ porter based with hints of cinnamon and coffee oohhhhh yeah!
Black Opal IPA ~ black based IPA (normally golden) with a lovely hop palate ~ imagine a stout with hop flavors :)
Vanilla Baby Stout ~ my barley cup trophy winner ~ sweet american stout with vanilla drooool ~
Hot Rob Wheat ~ wheat based with many roasted jalepenos

those are some of the things I've done and love playing with flavors and hops ~ give me your input and let me know what you think :)
