It was so awesome meeting so many beautiful and talented women.. And the workshops! Man, I'm still feelin it in my thighs and butt.. lol... Can't wait til next year.. counting down the days... :)

I'd just like to say THANK YOU to everyone who helps make retreat the special dance camp that it is! Without all of you... well... it just wouldn't be the same.
I had SO MUCH FUN!!! I had more fun in the workshops this year than ever before! The variety of workshops were great and all complemented each other so beautifully! Thanks to all the fabulous instructors who made them possible and for sharing your talent and knowledge with us.
A special shout out to the Fuzzy Monkeys who stayed until the very end and helped us worker bees clean up camp. We would have been there a lot later still moppin' and scrubbin' had it not been for you! Thank you!
And, of course, I have to thank everyone who drooled and shopped at my booth. Without you my passion would not be a reality! Thank you for supporting me and my little business! ♥

Mon, August 31, 2009 - 5:49 PMI remember thinking to myself when we got there on Thursday that wow we have a long time before we hit the road ~ three more nights of sleeping ~ it went by in the fastest blur of happiness I have ever been in! These are some of my favorite moments ~
As always seeing Kasima first off and getting the best fuzzy monkey love there is!
Pouring beer for my ever beautiful Katherine and the gals and toasting to the retreat ahead of us ~
Seeing Teyah!
Hearing Indigos laugh ~ it is one of my favorites :)
Setting the tent up and seeing all the faces again that I love ~
Being stoked that Trish and I weren't the only smokers lol the naughty girl table ruled!
Jodys story of the deer and how we ended up sentences of what he was saying to her ~ ohh and her boobie moment! (still laughin my ass off girl!)
Being soo stoked that everyone was really clean this year ~ thank you !
Giving Trish the "Ohhhh my and holy shite" look when we saw Aubres glute work out! it's my new obsession by the way haha
Seeing the dancers! seeing the dancers!
Seeing happy faces and smiles during my workshop ~ kick ass fun ~
The Does with their fawns on the way out of retreat~ it was the cherry topper ~
ohh! except for when we almost lost most of the cargo on top of the car ~ "Trish, I don't like how that's looking " THWAK! pull over pull over lol ahhh the memories!
I love you all and really hope that we get to see each other again before next year ~

Mon, August 31, 2009 - 7:05 PMI'm glad I was there to give you Monkey love. And it wasn't just the Monkeys who helped until the end. I want to give a shout out to Linda and Pam for being there too.
I love this event and this was one of the best. (The first year was such a mind blow that it's hard to top that.) Thanks for all the support Saturday night. I didn't have much time to prepare, but that's not always a good thing. All you ladies bring an abundance of energy that is so fun to absorb. And don't even get me started on how much information Aubre's workshop had to absorb! That lady has MOVES!
As far as dancers go, you lot are the best to be among. You freely share yourselves. And not just the good. You share the bad which helps all of us heal and makes us proud to be the strong women we are today.
You all rock my world.

Sun, September 13, 2009 - 8:31 PMI was reminded today about how wonderful the retreat was. The beautiful setting, the wonderful encouraging fellow dancers and friends, the amazing teaching and dancing. I wish I could have stayed longer to help!
So, as soon as the dates are set for next year, I will be sending in my registration! And I hope to bring friends.
