I can't speak for anyone else, but I'll be vending (Silk Road Tribal) and I take cash, checks (with ID and a phone number), and VISA, MasterCard, & Discover. Sorry, as this is my business and livelihood I don't barter.

I'm going to have some tie dye veils and other goodies, but I'm a hobbyist and it's not my business, so I only take cash and checks. Don't know if I have anything you want, but what can you trade?

I'll be bringing my instructional and performance dvd's as well. $20-25 a piece. So you can take a piece of me home with ya after the retreat. =))

Hey Angela! has Raqs Steady Eddie sent in his form yet? If he has I have not received it yet.... Silk Road Tribal, Ottoman Trading, Kasima (Monkey) Veils, Jamay has some goods, Sahabra will be there to sell some goods & tarot / palm reading, Pam the Super Awesome Massage Therapist will be there, I will have some random goods I need to get rid of.... Aubre will probably have her dvds, Alexandra brings her dvds.... As for Barter feel free to ask the individual vendors... I'd probably be down for trading.... Pearl Haika will hopefully be able to do some photo shoots and the background in Grand Coulee could create some REally Great pics
As for $$ I recommend gas, there is a mini grocery store nearby tho I usually bring my groceries from home..... And bring as much as you want / can spend on BellyDance Goodies...
