The City Of Spokane will declare Thursday, October 6th as Emmylou Harris Day. Spokane City Councilman Brad Stark will present her with a proclamation declaring October 6th as Emmylou Harris Day and give her The Keys to The City. This will be done at 6PM in front of media, at The Spokane Opera House, prior to the concert.
