For those of you whose new years resolution is to get in shape, get centered, or take some "you" time, keep your resolutions by learning an ancient art in its modern form! Bellydance has been passed from mother to daughter for thousands of years, and has had many incarnations. All of these incarnations are based on the joy and beauty of the female form. Whether it be rhythmic swaying, the sultry motion of an arm or hip, or the strong passion of a shimmy, every part of this dance is hypnotic and freeing! Combined with this beauty is the fun, funky edge of world influences and my own personal touch!
