<<If Chicken Little was wrong, then God remains active in the world. (P>Q)
    Chicken Little was wrong. (P)
Therefore, God remains active in the world. (/\ Q)>>

If Chicken Little is a fictional story, then how could Chicken little be right or wrong about 'the sky falling'?
The premise that Chicken little was wrong is a false premise. It is a Non sequitor, 'it does not follow'.
Substitute the word 'Chicken little' with 'Josh', or 'James'. See if this sentence makes any sense.

"If Josh was wrong, then God remains active in the world"
"If James was wrong, then God remains active in the world"
"If Crispy Crunch chocolate bars are still available at the store when I go, then God remains active in the world."

    How about this one instead?

"If Chicken little is a fictional character, then God is a fictional character too."
"Chicken little is a fictional character"
"Therefore, God is a fictional character."
    • Just for fun, I'd like to do a few variations on James' theme.

If Josh will ever have a decent premise (P), there will be at least one sure sign of the apocalypse (Q).
Josh's premises have been false thus far (/\P).
There, we can be safe in the assumption that the world will still be here tomorrow (/\Q).

If Josh is the only one in this Tribe familiar with M.P. and M.T. (P), he was quite justified in starting that topic and throwing all those Ps and Qs at us (Q).
Josh is not the only one, so you get the idea. . .
