I purchased it over a year ago from my local church-run second hand store for $20. It was black with tarnish and I had no idea what it really looked like until I cleaned it. It has no stamps or any identifying marks on the back. The little blue "stones" are small turquoise colored beads and the clasp is barrel and pin with the original pin.
