Hey congrats on the new tribe, new street team, or both -- not sure if you meant that the street team is new too.
I would join it, but I'm afraid my dark side is too intertwined with my light (!)
I would love to know more about etsy street teams and what they are. I haven't had a chance to research it yet.

Thanks for posting. The tribe is new; the street team is fairly new (only a couple of months). We are still working on the team' sites. Lots of work for our team leaders!
Street teams are group of people selling on Etsy who get together because of a similar interest, belief, technique or location. Here is a link to Etsy' street teams page:

Tue, May 6, 2008 - 8:21 PMThank you, Kass!
What I want to see now is your etsy shop, I'll go root around.
Your post must have affected me, I made a bunch of polymer clay glow in the dark jewelry parts last nite! -

Do you wear them yourself? -

Wed, May 7, 2008 - 2:47 PMAbsolutely! Here are some links to my pics:

I use them specially when I go for a walk or shopping. Many people stop me and ask about them. Then I refer them to my shop. It's a good way of doing promotion. Of course, not many people will buy them, but since I have other more common goodies...
Now I tie them under my hair, so the ribbons are not visible. I have to put up a tutorial on how to do it; maybe a fun video on youtube... :)
