cook book

so, i hope this is on topic enough, im looking for a recommendation for a good middleastern cook book. im alergic to nuts so something at makes it easy to do subsitutions would be nice. if this is too far off topic u can delete, but it's the best place i know to look.
maybe the cabanna boys have a fav go-to book? ^_~

    here are a couple that I really like:
    "From Tapas to Meze" by Joanne Weir -- appetizer style dishes from Greece, Spain, the Mideast (generally the Mediterranean)
    "Silk Road Cooking" by Najmieh Batmanglij -- covers cuisine from various cultures along the Silk Road
    "Feast from the Mideast" by Faye Levy
