i'd like to get some (translucent white/opaline ones) but i need a little help on these.
what's the best fabric? i'm more tempted by organza than lame.....
and what in the world do the sizes correspond to? M/L seems the most common..... but is that going to be too big for me? and if must, how do i go about cutting them to my size?
considering the cost i don't really wanna screw up....
help? :p

I have translucent wings that I bought from bellydancewithk.com and I love them. I have seen the lame wings but they seemed a bit too shiney for my taste. I belive the M/L sizes refers to the length of the wings. I am a tiny dancer (like Elton's song) at 5'2" and my wings are just barely too big. I think M sized wings are best for 5'5" and up and L size wings are for real tall girls. I could be wrong. If you want to hem your wings you should probably use a serger instead of a rolled hem with a sewing machine, this will keep your wing light and airy and not weigh it down when you dance.
