EvilEye will be performing at Rakkasah in their new location on Friday, March 14th at 10:40pm on the WEST STAGE. www.rakkasah.com has all the juicy info on their new location.
Funny thing: Last year, I called and called all day, never to get through. I got on the waiting list, though and wound up with a spot. This year, I completely forgot to call in, but got on the waiting list and wound up with the same spot as last year. Maybe next year I'll forget about the festival altogether. It could happen. And maybe I'd still have the closing spot on Friday night...who knows?

Mon, March 17, 2008 - 3:47 PMRakkasah is over and I had a great time! This is the first year that I actually went all three days. I had plenty of time to shop at every single booth! Time to talk to friends! Time to enjoy performances! EvilEye danced on Friday night and we had a blast. There was a little trouble with the sound, but other than that we were pleased.

Thu, March 20, 2008 - 3:10 PMIt was fun taking pictures of you beautiful dancers. I just hope some of the came out, I tried to take a lot and get the right shot and sometimes the camera moves and makes it blurry. I hope I got a least a few good pics in.
