Is it possible for the excesses of addiction to lend themselves to a positive and uplifting overstimulation of mind and body? If our past experiences with our own freaky electro-techy-housish musical addiction are any indication, the answer is a resounding, "hell mutha-fuckin'-YEAH!"

So once again, we're venturing on an excursion into electrotech, this time bringing one of our favorite purveyors of the sound - Brian Seed - up from LA to join a prime selection of local heroes, to present to you a night of relentless electrotech madness.

STIMULUS: Excursions into Electrotech

Featuring (in alphabetical order):

Brian Seed aka DJ Brian (Moontribe / Ritual Sounds - LA)
A Moontribe resident since '95, Brian Seed has cultured a globe-spanning following by spinning genre-defying sets, blending the sounds of breaks, acid house, trance, tribal, and progressive, exemplified by his legendary "Hardesertrance" releases. Currently, his sets consist of mainly his own material, much of which has been released on Fade, Virgin, Pacific Front, Desert Trax, Interscope, System, Moonshine, Six Degrees, Ball of Waxx, and his own label, Ritual Sounds.

...plus an all-star local lineup, including:

Dirt (Cymbalic / Omniscient Records - SF)
Evinrude (Stimulus / Space Cowboys / NetAmp - SF)
Little John (Raindance / Nexus - Santa Cruz)
Mozaic (Stimulus / Raindance / Nexus / 3WS - SF)
Satsi (Ammo - SF)

Slammin' Bag End sound presented by Addictech.
