High Country Warmth

. . . SOME 30 YEARS AGO . . .

In a blizzard in the wilds of Tasmanian snow country
It occurred2 one such as I
. . . HAD to walk in the snow storm . . .

I got freezing F>>>> ng COLD . . .
. . . in a VERY short time . . .
. . . and was on the way to an early grave

Intuition said
. . . . . . . . . BREATH . . . . . . NOW . . . . . . BIG . . .
. . . the breath IN and IN and IN and IN . . . happened
. . . (with a scarf over mouth and nose2 limit the cold)

UNTIL
. . . All lung capacity was used . . .
THEN
. . . Sucking more INTO the tiny spaces left . . . happened
. . . (MORE cold freezing air . . .)
The air
. . . was compressed FORCIBLY by the rib cage,
. . . AND compressed by the Diaphragm upwards
. . . INTO
. . . . . . the body . . .

Followed by EXPIRATION
. . . TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY
. . . bending OVER . . . (to PUMP ANY residual air OUT of the body . . .)

This led to a lot of WARMTH
. . . flowing around the mid-section of the Body
. . . and down the legs

The process was done over again
. . . and again
. . . as walking to shelter happened

Gee
. . .How about that I thought!?? . . .

I'm WARM . . .
. . . REALLY WARM ! ! . . .

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I read about Tummo Practice a chunk of time later
. . . and found it was a SECRET practice to keep warm
. . . the Tibetans used in the high Country of the World
ooo
I used it in the same High Country . . .
A bastardised version of the same thing . . . It appears . . .
AND IT WORKS . . .
(But do it in a COOL ROOM first . . .Hey! ! ? ? ? I advise NO-ONE to copy this without a teacher . . . and that is NOT the writer)
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
