i recently read a book by micheal tierra called the way of herbs mentioning spouted rice,do it the same basic way you sprout anything else (i soak the rice a lil longer) its an aqiured taste however very enzymatic

Sun, May 11, 2008 - 9:18 AMThanks for the info. How long did you soak and how long until the sprouts are ready? I am doing some garlic chives and onions right now. I soaked them for about 24 hours and they are supposed to take 2 weeks before they are ready. -
