I've been making pizza from my sourdough bread dough, since I make it in huge batches and keep it fermenting in the fridge so it's ready when I am. So far I"ve been too lazy to use a separate recipe for pizza- I just add lots of olive oil either when I form it into a ball, or on top of the flattened dough. It's pretty good, but sometimes gets too puffy, even when I poke it all over with a fork.
Do any of you have a sourdough pizza recipe or technique from a regular bread recipe that you'd like to share?

do you use a different recipe for the pizza dough than for bread?
