His book "Wild Fermentations" is a practical goldmine.
I wish he would teach in the SF area sometime. -

Mon, May 11, 2009 - 4:41 PMhe taught a few workshops about a year ago, so you just missed him. I went to the one in Santa Cruz, which was amazing. We made mead, kefir, tempeh, and all kinds of other treats. There was one in Berkeley, too. -
