RJ Stewart at Fairy Congress 2009?

I didn't see RJ Stewart's name on the list of presenter for the Fairy Congress this year.
Is he not coming?

    RJ Stewart will not be coming this year! There was some kind of scheduling conflict. He's been at the Congresses since the beginning. it will be strange not having him there, but think it will open doors for others to step forward.
