My mom and brother opened their gift. It was soft and squishy. What could it be? A hat! Another Hat! Yippee!
The put them on their unbrushed heads and that is where they stayed. All day, and through dinner the day had been made.

After much deliberation, I chose the photo of Sundown in the white hat, now the main photo. Thank you all for particpating! Unfortunately, tribe no longer shows me who posted the image, so I am still unsure who the prize goes to. If you posted that photo, please get in touch!

And now the good news for everyone... I'm doing the contest again! That's right, keep the photos coming, and every month I will choose a winner and send them a hat! Any photo that has not already won will be considered in future contests, and just for fairness and to spread out the bounty, a Winner is only eligable to receive the prize once a year.

Thanks again, and good luck in the future contests. (There were some great enteries this time, and it was very hard to choose one.)

Now that you're here, I'm gonna ask you to do something. Find a camera, and take a damn picture of yourself (in a faith hat), or better yet, find an already existing picture and post it here! The best picture (and by best I mean the one I like the best) will receive a free hat just in time for Christmas. And just to be fair to the friend you sucker into helping you get the photo, I'll give a hat to the person with the photo credit too! (If you take a self-portrait, you still only win one hat. ) Oh, and don't forget to give the photo a title. You may enter as many times as you wish. All entries must be in by midnight on December 15th.
Now go out there and get creative!

so i guess i got a little crazy with the pics but I started looking thru my photos and i have pics of me in my faith hat EVERYWHERE!!! Ireland, San Francisco, Kauai, Tahoe, Mt. Shasta, Ohio, New York City....I wish I would have had it when I was cruising Europe! I luv my Faith hat...warm cozy and stylish! and made to order in my fave colors...Thanks Faith!!

Oh, a funny anecdote...when I was in New York I was walking out of my friends apartment on the upper west side manhattan and a lady stopped and told me she loved my hat and it made me stand out and look very unique, i thanked her and she asked me how much I wanted for it!! of course i said 'not for sale' but I gave her what i thought was Faith's web site...get these hats out there girl, people love em!!

So, you might wonder how to get a *faith hat*. If you reside in Portland, you can shop at Le Rouge on Hawthorne and 34th, Lilith on Alberta and 15th, or Johnny Sole downtown. If you live far away, you can message me personally, tell me the colors you like, and then send me the money, and I'll send off the hat ASAP. Thanks for shopping! I realized this morning when I woke up, after staying up way too late, that my precious hat is no longer in my posession. I think it fell off my lap and out of my car at some point in the night last night... I am so so so sad!!

That said, Faith, do you do requests for wool and thread color? I believe they are all pretty unique, but I was so into that particular color combo...

I hope whoever it was out there that found it really loves it, cuz i did, and if they love it as much as me, then it's worth it. if it's just another hat to them, then, dammit! gimmie back my hat!
