Grains bake

1 c quinoa
1 c brown or wild rice
1 c barley
3 carrots thinly slices
1 cup peas
1 onion diced
*Mix these together with enough water to cover everything
*Add oil of your choice ( sesame, olive, canola, ect.)
Add salt, pepper, basil, majoram, thyme & mix
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes

This dish is very healthy and nourishing.
You can bake this dish with chicken, just roll the chicken in oil and spices and place on top; occassionally cover the chicken with the juice from the grains.
