ha ha I just had to call it that, but seriously these buns are just like the pilsbury doughboy ones!

1 cup white flour
1 cup whole flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter or coconut oil, or ghee
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

combine dry ingredients. Cut butter into dry ingredients until pea sized balls form (it helps to use your hands)
make a well in the center and add the eggs and milk beat with a fork until smoothish. Then slowly mix in with the flour
until all is moist. Knead the dough just enough to bring it together.
Roll the dough into a rectangle 1/2 inch think. Fold into thirds. Turn the dough a quarter turn and roll out again, fold turn and roll a few more times (the more rolling and folding the flakier the biscuit)
roll out the dough one more time and cut biscuits out with a cutter or glass you can make shapes with a cookie cutter.
bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until the tops are golden and the bottoms brown.

you can add other things like cheese or sesame seeds or flax or whatever you like, these biscuits are great.
