Well the name confusion is a problem.. I think the taboo was broken by IAMED, which used a name almost identical to a successful smaller producer's - Pop Lock and Shimmy vs Pops Locks and Shimmies.
Now I think many producers will take these denominations as generic drum solo instruction titles.. which I think now does not change anything anymore. Once there are several products of almost identical names - others will use them as well and not due significant further damage I think.
For buyers who are not yet very familiar with the different firms it will be hard. They will type something like "pop bellydance" into amazon and end up confused! :)
