Hello FCBD, I am the proud owner of 4 of the Tribal Basics DVDs (so far). Even though I try to be careful with the discs and store them in their case, I've already noticed scratches and digitalization while playing.
Yesterday I was rebrowsing my 2007 FCBD Mail Order Catalog (16th edition) and noticed on page 111 a VHS/DVD Exchange Form. The form appears to allow exchange of discs for replacement at $5.00 per title.
Is this form only for if you bought the VHS version and now want DVD or is it also for if DVDs become unuseable from normal use?
It would be really nice if they could be exchanged when necessary but I would totally understand if not.

Some time back I bought the "Complete Student" package of DVD's. In my last move somehow one of them is missing (#7). I am really trying not to spend another $35 for the one DVD as money is really very tight right now for everyone. Any suggestions?

Tue, June 16, 2009 - 5:17 PMCarolina, I wasn't aware of this offer. Is it still valid in 2009. I have Volume One, Volume Two, Volume Three and Volume Five on VHS tape. I also have FCBD Tattooed One`` and FCBD: Who We Are on VHS tape.
I do own your `Director`s Cut` DVD but I`ve always loved the `Who We Are` video because it`s so short and sweet but have never seen it done up on DVD.
If it makes a difference, I do live in BC Canada.
I love your videos Carolina. They just keep getting better and better if that`s possible.

Who We Are never made it to DVD.
You can refresh the other VHS tapes, but you'd have to pay the shipping to BC.
It's just $5 per title to upgrade, I'm not sure what the shipping would be.
