I'm just very excitedly sharing my accomplishment with my FDH brothers and sisters! I am cracking open my Special bottle of Chianti tonight so I hope you'll all raise a glass with me! I just found out that my book went live this morning. I'm feeling a little giddy and that's kind of an understatement. This is a major accomplishment for me just because it's something that I've dedicated over half my life to so I'm doing little mental cartwheels over here. Anyway, you guys told me to let you know when it came out so here it is. :-)

Now go forth and trance all over the place!

Wow. Considering I had not a freakin' clue what you were up to the whole time you said you were writing, I am first and foremost impressed as hell...and now exceedingly curious......it's on my wish-list for the next round of books.

    Congratulations and WHOA!

    Thank you! *Muwah!* *StrutDance*

I'm happy dancing right now. Did I mention that if you want to understand some of the deepest concepts in trance possible in relation to Zar, Tarantella and even Flamenco... you have to read this book? *Muwahahahaha!* This book will pretty much allow you to translate the fundamental principles in all trance traditions around the world. Neeeeeeeat!

Dude I love watching other people's interpretation of the "Happy Dance." Everybody should have:
      1) Happy Dance
      2) Nookie Dance
      3) Victory Dance
      4) Random Butt Dance

Those are the keys to emotional liberty as far as I'm concerned. Screw keeping it all boxed in! *Joining Kaleena's Happy Dance*

What the fark? Wasn't Amazon being a total douche about slinging your book or did I magically imagine all of that? Weirdness....

      "WTF Universe?!"

"WTF" indeed. Mayhaps it is the inverse result of Petra's funky necklace? Hmmmmmmm.......

Oh well. Now we can all buy the book and type pages and pages of much deserved accolades on the site. WHEEE!!!!!

I think I figured out what happened. Amazon itself doesn't carry it but the small book sellers who have used book shops through Amazon carry it. So it's getting listed but you're actually buying it from a little book company. Weeeeeeeeeird. Too early in the morning for me to fully process just how crazy that is. I give up, the world makes no sense to me. I think Cuin raced to be the first to put a review up. *Chuckles* The cheater has access to the manuscript on my computer. I feel loved!

Hahaha! Oh geez... Would it be bad of me to tell you that I caught two mistakes already as I was going through it? I'm proud but nervous. On the upside of things... if you have any questions about the content you know where I live. I pretty much live here. :-) You might actually get yours before I get mine. That would be so unbelievably weird. Let me know when it comes in.

I catch mistakes in most books: spelling, grammar, and the newer trend of Spellcheck-botched oopsies.

For some reason I hold onto the page number in my head until I go back and mark it with a pencil = one of my weirder tics.

Next time you publish, you could chuck a reader's advanced edition my way and I'll send it back with sparkly purple diacritical marks for you.

          ; )

            Bonnie,
Oooh do you do reviews too? That could be fun. I think you'd get a kick out of my next book. Speaking of which... that bugger is not going to get done with me sitting around on Tribe. *Scampers Off*

Do we get a prize if we're first to reoprt the mistakes? Huh huh?

Hahaha! Dude that would be pretty funny. Email me whatever boo-boos you find and I'll keep a master inked up copy of my book for posterity at home with the name of everybody who reported something in the cover. That way if there's ever a second edition I can make a nice long thank you list to go inside. :-) With the number of times I read that book (sometimes completely out of order) and changed little things here and there... I will be stunned if I don't end up cringing. (Of course it will probably only be me who notices things like the double bibliography entry for Leeland and the screw up with the definition of "compas" in the glossary. (Argh! For those of you who read that glossary... it should be "palmas!")

What kind of prize are we talking about? I could autograph and mail you your own shovelglove but I dread to think of what the postage on that would be. What would be a good prize for being the first to report an error? I would have to confirm the error of course. You can't just arbitrarily say I missed a comma on page 6 when your copy hasn't even arrived yet! *Chuckles* (Part of me is wondering if this is weird. Do normal authors do this? And would it really make a difference to me if they didn't?) I'm afraid of what Bonnie would find as both a dancer and an editor... *shudders* Have mercy! Or don't... no mercy is kinda hot in a purely intellectual sort of way. (Which of course is the only way to actually get to Spoon.)
