  Florida is much the same. One day your in a tank top and shorts. The next your in a sweater and jeans. But that's only happened once this year and it was one day.. (or morning, rather). We are in the middle of a "cold" front right now but its still in the 80's. I'm patiently waiting for cooler weather.

    And then there is central NY. Go to class at 8 wearing long pants, a sweatshirt, and a scarf, come home wishing you were naked... it literally goes from 30 degrees to 60 in one day (sometimes higher)
