Calling all female firefighters, and those that want to be! Here is an alternative to the dominantly male boards. Post here what you wouldn't post there. Ask for advice, share your successes, discuss problems on the job, ask questions about pursuing the job, training advice, etc.

I encourage male members, too! I believe there are a lot of men who support women on the job, and your advice and experiences are always invaluable. That said, this is not the place for women-don't-belong-in-the-fire-service bashing. You may challenge, but abuse and hate will not be tolerated.

Likewise, this is not a she-girl-man-haters club.
