Got up this morning very late. It took forever to get to sleep last night. I saw the sunshine and thought wow, perhaps the pain will go away. But, that wasn't the case, I felt a lot like I had before going to sleep, just more rested. I went over and looked at my barometer expecting it to be on the rise. Much, to my dismay, the darn thing had fallen even further than yesterday. Todays reading was 29 even. Anything lower than 29.5 effects me horrilbly. The change back I will monitor closely as the pressure rises and see where the pain actually abades itself.

Today started out fairly well. My pain level was low and I had gotten a good nights sleep. I went out and mowed the lawn with my rider. After awhile the pollen and dust started getting to me so I stopped and went inside to rest. I fell asleep for a couple hours and when I awoke. Rigor Mortise had set in, I couldn't move. Had I died I hoped. After awhile of effort I was painfully able to stand. I looked at the barometer on the wall and the needle was at 29 and falling. It semms to happen every time. A fibro flare was racing through my body. My legs and feet were like barbed wire running through them. My spine felt as though it would snap at any moment. I heard thunder and suddenly it was pouring outside like a tropical downpour. It lasted for almost an hour like that flooding the driveways and low spots in the yard. The pain was exhausting me, so I decided to medicate. Ahhh what a releif it is. Takes the edge off immidiately. And within a few minutes the pain is bearable again. The rain has stopped and for now so has the flare up.
