Thank You . . .

I want to thank everyone who has joined this tribe in support of finding Chris . . . I especially want to thank Kristen for her efforts to coordinate this Tribe, you have been a true and loyal friend through all of this!!!

I will try to post more on Chris case soon, but we are currently stalled until we can afford a PI . . . I am afraid I am not in a good place right now . . . I am shutting down emotionally and working to keep from slipping into depression, so please do not read my lack of involvement as anything else . . .

We openly and graciously accept any physical or psychic help that anyone can offer . . . Please use this Tribe for the exchanging of goods and services in a positive and holistic way . . . Blessings to All.

Do you know of forest track that is near you, in meditation I was walking along it. A track that is in marsh and it gives way to woodland. Also, a middle aged white haired man of stocky build, white shirt, blue jeans and wearing thick rimmed glasses in this area!
        I will keep looking!

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Bonnie...

Is the FBI actively investigating Chris's disappearance?

Thank you everyone for your kind words and suggestions . . .
Torrid, The FBI seems to have better things to do in the Southwest, you know all the evil people that they must be saving us from . . . basically Chris was 18 when he went missing so they think he is off enjoying himself . . . basically we get the same response from the police . . . I really hope that Chris is alive well, doing great and will get in touch soon, but that doesn't appear to be the situation . . . this was not planned . . . he took off emotionally upset, without ID, money or supplies . . . he had only been driving two weeks when he went missing and was inexperienced in most social situations, so someone would have to have helped him initially . . . Because of the a childhood head injury he suffers from ADD and attention disorder, and is easily confused and upset . . . We have had several tips that have gone un-addressed by law enforcement and are now cold . . . this is why we are hoping to get a PI, but the areas we want to check out are isolated and will require a lot of overhead to check out . . . I will attempt to put a chronological list of information together . . . however, we have been advised not to discuss the intimate details so we don't put Chris's life in jeopardy, but at the same time we need to do something . . .

Will your State and local legislators help in any capacity in pressuring the police/feds to pay more attention. I know that seems maybe off the wall, but here, we have really GREAT stat, Federal and local legislators. One call with an issue and you may be suprised by the amount of help and their willingness to help you find alternatives. Give it a try.

I fully agree with Nancy's suggestion.

Any of the legislators are a possibility...

so, that is two state senators, and your state representative...

then your Congressman and your two federal senators...

          all good choices to approach.

I have worked with the aids of a few Congressman. If they get on your side, they can be of tremendous help.

You might want to do a little research and see if you can find a legislator who has been active on the missing children issue. If you find one and he/she is not your own legislator, you might want to try and contact them anyway.

If you have some kind of medical proof that Chris's judgment can be impaired, that might force the hand of the police to investigate further.
It would be a similar classification of finding a lost elderly person with Alzheimer's. I don't know the law enough in this area. But there may be something that you can do. For example, if Chris had a therapist, perhaps the therapist could write a letter to the police, indicating the likelihood that this is not a runaway case.

          take care

Thank you, we will look into it, but we may be looking at multiple states . . . it is generally believed that Chris is not in Utah anymore, and we mostly have psychic tips, so that doesn't go far with most people living in ordinary reality . . . we need to get a case together before we can expect much help . . .

            Bonnie...

Your legislators would not be concerned about multiple states...they would be of great help I believe in dealing with local police departments and possibly FBI. It is certanly worth a shot ...

Contact them and explain that Chris has been missing for 6 months and you have not had much help froom local law enforcement of theFBI...ask them if they could help you get more serious attention to this matter, as you do not believe your son is a run away. The point is to use the legislators to pressure the investigators into more solid action...even to include having the FBI investigate??

the multi-states issue is a good point, however I completely agree with Nancy.

I would then focus on federal representatives...your Congressman and Senators.

Has anyone tried to get missing children involved or is he over their age limit?

After you have reported your child missing to law enforcement, call the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children on our toll-free telephone number: 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).
