Good morning all,
I have been doing a lot of shooting at local events and such for awhile now. Most of my stuff is quite amateurish IMO but I recently got a Nikon D40 and several people asked me after posting my photos out if i would do model shoots for them. I said I would try but consent forms would be needed. Now I am looking for a good model consent form that encompasses also some fetish and bondage shoots into it. I have been reading this tribe for awhile and figured this way would be best way to say hi and thanks for all advice given over past couple years. You can see my shots here:
www.photobucket.com/celticbard all are work safe so no worries there and critiques welcome!

Re: Model Consent Forms
Tue, June 10, 2008 - 7:44 PMMuch has been written on this topic in various places. One place is model mayhem. You can search it's forums here:

Do a search for release forms and should find plenty to consider. For what it's worth, I use an extremely simple form that basically says that the model acknowledges that I took his/her picture and that I will do only legal things with it. But I'm no lawyer.
Good luck

Wed, June 11, 2008 - 4:17 AMThank you all for the great links and comments. I have been thinking of joining model mayhem but as I am not a professional photographer have been shying away (heck im working w/homemade backdrops and lights). I truly enjoy doing the photography and have been honored that these people think im good enough for a "kinda pro" shoot (my words)
