Fuel depot soaking tank

These are technically sold as "oily waste cans." and are designed to be fire-resistant. They're pedal operated. These are plastic. They're also available in metal, and that might be a better option, as they'd probably sit more stably on uneven ground, and are designed in a way that can be staked down.

I got mine through McMaster Carr ( mcmaster.com ), which I recommend in general, but there are other sources if you do a search on "oily waste can."
