These are technically sold as "oily waste cans." and are designed to be fire-resistant. They're pedal operated. These are plastic. They're also available in metal, and that might be a better option, as they'd probably sit more stably on uneven ground, and are designed in a way that can be staked down.

This is the first of three shots taken at a Florida marina that has caused a little stir. Two performers dumped 5 gallons of white gas (according to Riz) into this swimming pool after getting permission to do it (we don't yet know from whom). this attracted a lot of local fire prevention attention, police activity, and now legal action.
