  • "A 40’ bus ... Will be traveling the U.S. & Canadian west coast"

Yeah, 'cuz they never see this kind of stuff in SF, LA, Seattle or Portland. Ya wanna really take art to some people? Hows about Montana, Idaho, Iowa, etc. Go to the places where they don't have major fire troupes (and aren't filthy with performers in general). Big fish in a little pond. That kind of thing.
    • A couple summers ago I took a small tour bus through Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. Many audiences had never seen fire-dancing before. Many audiences thought my long hair made me look like a girl. Great new experiences, LOTS of road miles in between stops. Then, when we got back to the West Coast it felt like home again: friendly freaks, frequent festivals. Worth going, but we didn't go back the next year. Not as feasible financially because of fewer shows and more travel. Lots of beautiful wilderness.
Sorry, rambling off topic. That's all.
