This was a 6 person turn out.....we covered arm rolls, combat, flips The phoenix/reverse/infinite variations, some passing with partners, group tossing and some really fun drills to help maintain the things we had gone over.
The sweetest trick achieved in this workshop was reverse direction phoenix.
the duration was 2 and a half hours....and everyone left with smiles and a warm feeling of satisfaction.

folks, I highly recommend this workshop for anyone who wants to explore the possibilities of dancing with staff. Phoenix gave me all the tools I need to grow my repertoire and excel as a staff performer. all I need now is practice!
