Ok so we dont have to name Everything.....I just thought it would be a good idea to post what we planned on sharing at the event, so others had an idea of what was covered and what still needs to be covered.
If everyone brought a plastic bag for clean-up during, might be a good idea!!
Beverages--BYOB and can always decide to share :)
Food----- Sounds like its gonna be a BBQ, so we need some side dishes to compliment :)
Kerosene----we all know there is always need for more (generators, poi, sculpture, hoopers, )
Massage table???? MMMM, professional or not a nice chill table for a rub down would be awesome, (if more than one...even better!!)
Ice???
Charcoal???
HIGH SPIRITS-----sharing high spirits a must!!!

A snuggle zone could be cool, but it couldn't be around the fire since sharing fire space is crucial. more on this soon, as Mike is up on the mounatin today checkin the scene.

A few five gallon buckets for water and wet towels too.

Structure: I have 10X10 or 12 thingy can put up walls to. Also have big 12 X 30 something, but it is currently up, and kind of a pain, but if four people wanna take it, and promise to put it back up, it could be possible.
Chains, I cannot stress chains more! The weather currently looks good, but Maama N has her way, whenever she pleases, so, the road out may be much different than the road in, and WE WILL ALL not be the same when we leave as when we showed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, I have to say, I am not a snow baby and motivating for this is getting more difficult for me by the second.....Hope everybody is SAFE, SAFE, SAFE.......layered, fired up, and WARM!!!
I was planning on camping out, doing that in the snow sounds like a challenge, with car pooling and all as well. -

bring extra coleman fuel you might have stored in your home. It comes in giant silver cans.. rusts pretty easily. makes for beautiful fire shows v^_^
