ipé staffs

At some point in the near future, I should be getting an order of ipé dowels for making staffs, in .75" and 1" diameters. This is something I'm very pleased about, and have been trying to line up for a while. Ipé has pretty amazing properties that should make it an excellent staff-shaft material.

    Just got in my 3/4" dowels--photo posted to this tribe's gallery. 1" dowels coming soon, I hope.

    I'm in the process of sanding these down right now.
