A friend, Greg, asked me to make him some extra-big monkey-fist wicks.
What I wound up making was 5-bight over 3-bight knots. They're a little lopsided (this was my first time making this pattern). They clock in a little over 8 oz each dry, making them slightly heavier than my "mega" wicks. Greg is going to burn them soon and report back to me on their performance.
