As of this morning at 10:29 am this morning California Supreme Court has legalized gay marriage. Saying that marriage is the right of all people no matter their sexual preference. Finally a long time fight for our right to marry has come to an end. Today is a day for celebration and rejoice not only for the gay community but our supporters as well. The Governor has stated that he will uphold the supreme courts ruling about legalizing gay marriage.

Re: California Supreme Court Legalizes gay Marriage, Governor upholds surpeme court decision
Fri, May 16, 2008 - 4:41 PMThis made me choked up yesterday... I love that I moved to this amazing state. California leads the way in a lot of important things (interracial marriage was legalized here, first state since Ohio in 1887), and I think this is no exception. -
