For the first Orlando CHI (Community Hooping Initiative), we will visit the full moon drum circles on the same block as Dandelion for some musical hooping.
Meet at Misty Forest Enrichment Center at 6pm, as will be usual, but we are walking down to one or both of the drum circles happening that evening. I intend to stay past the usual 8pm cut-off time if things are fun. : )
Bring a couple dollars to donate towards the Florida School of Holistic Living if you wish.

Wed, March 4, 2009 - 4:08 PMFYI: I spoke with the drum circle leader today, by chance (I work on the Thornton Ave. block where the drum circles are held). He told me that the main circle is indeed hoop friendly. I intend to hoop it up on Tuesday! Who else would like to join me. : ) -

If you have not already, we have a Google group you may join to become fully updated on our activities. We do more than just hoop weekly. By the time you get to Orlando, the format could possibly alter, so please stay informed.
