What: hooping & instruction for all ages (families welcome!)
Where: Misty Forest Enrichment Center - 611 N. Hyer Ave., Orlando, FL 32803 (on the same block as Dandelion Communitea)
When: every Tuesday @ 6pm - 8pm (starting March 10th)
Why: to promote health, self-esteem, & community fellowship
*donations accepted
*Bring a hoop if you own one, or borrow/purchase one at class
