We had a meeting scheduled for February 2nd. The only attendees were Trae and I.
I usually post a meeting reminder the day before a meeting. I was busy traveling, and so that didn't happen this time, which probably didn't help.
Trae had some questions about boating on the lake. I agreed to set out that afternoon to try to get some answers.
Other than that, we just talked briefly about the lack of energy and motivation on the project. Trae's guess was that in part it's due to the key to members of the project being relatively absent from the tribe recently.
But does anyone else have thoughts on that? Or thoughts on how we can build motivation and energy.
Down here in Nicaragua, I see the light at the end of the tunnel. It's starting to feel like this project is going to come into fruition, and it's going to happen relatively soon. But I don't know if anyone else shares that view.
Thoughts?
Cheers,
-Adam
