First off I miss you guys like crazy!!! Theres no place like home!!! We flew in Saturday in a little puddle jumper plane and saw some beautiful scenery. The mountains are gorgeous. I will be posting photos soon! The villagers have been helpful and really nice. I started teaching and seem to have 3 jobs. I teach 4th to 6th grade each day and do Special ed for the entire village school. I found out today I might be the Special Ed person for the village of Venetie (means people of the flats) Our village in Gwichin Vashriaii Rk'oo means people of the mountains and we really are. They are gorgeous. We are finally getting our supplies in. Ive tasted moose and seen a real dog sled team. Ive also eaten salmon cooked over an open fire and drank glacier water. It has been quite an experience.
I hope the workshop goes great and all of you send me info and pics. I miss my dance community and my 2 samadhi pals. This year will fly by. Keep me in you thoughts and dont forget me.
