In NEW Beginner Bellydance Level I, students new to Bellydance will become familiar with basic terminology, correct posture and execution of core movements. You will also learn the correct way to layer and isolate movements such as abdominal contractions, hip slides, hip circles, challenging undulations, figure 8's and the all important world of shimmies. Nathalie will help you understand the art of Bellydance and take your dancing to a new and exciting level.
