Constructing Your Tribal Look Costume and Makeup Workshop
Getting ready for a performance can be daunting, whether its for a casual hafla or Gala showcase. You've picked a song you really love, have practiced your choreography, but what to wear? Picking the perfect costume to fit your music stylings, and creating a unique, tribal look for hair and makeup can be difficult. To demystify these beauty dilemmas, we're hosting a special workshop to put together the complete tribal look without breaking the bank!
Reserve your spot for Saturday, June 27 from 1-4PM at the YOU Health Center. Bring your questions, costuming samples and more to this special joint workshop. Learn Lacey's tips of hair ornamentation, secrets of bra and belt construction, and where she finds those intricate bits and baubles at minimal cost.
Diminish your fear and loathing of makeup with Laura's tribal beauty basics made easy, using readily-available products found in any drugstore! You'll learn the process of creating those intense tribal eye looks and special beauty secrets, so come with a clean face. We'll be discussing specific products, but bring your own eyeshadow, liquid eyeliner, mascara, and dark-toned lipstick.

I think it helps sooo much when you first start your tribal costuming to be able to touch and feel real costumes and get the tricks that make it easier to create your own looks!!
