I just did an acroyoga workshop today in San Diego. It was WICKED.
so fun! and learn so much about your body, your strengths, challenges...
and the people in the class... playful and open.
I learned how to do more sequences as a flyer.

they were so stoked on it, even though i couldn't show them more than the basics.
the book that i have and dvd helped a lot.
it's such a great thing to do with folks.
