Some of you may remember that I posted this link awhile back...it's a site that is dedicated to alerting those with certain health concerns with advanced warning of potential problems...
I think a few others here have also signed up....
So far I must say I'm fairly impressed...i've been getting alerts for my migraines that are fairly accurate.... and I have been able to use the information to make plans.... so far it's by no means 100% accurate... but it's pretty cool none-the-less
The site is free to join and I've not been spammed in any way...

.... they aren't wrong... I've been having proto-migraines for more than a week... on and off..have a new med I need to try... buthave to look up the ingredients... should go do that now, actually, lol.
